1. Strawberry Festival at Ottawa Farms
Take a trip to Ottawa Farms for their annual Strawberry Festival. There will be Music, Food Trucks, Craft Vendors, Hayrides, Pony Rides, Pig Races, Beauty Pageant and many more children’s activities. The festival runs April 2nd and 3rd. Tickets are $5 for everyone 4 years of age and older. You can purchase tickets online or at the door. Please check the website at Ottawa Farms.
The first weekend of each month Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and US Trust cardholders can have free access to Savannah Museums. Simply present your card and get general admission to Savannah History Museum, SCAD Museum of Art, Savannah Children's Museum (Saturday only), Georgia State Railroad Museum and Fort Jackson.
3. Free Family Weekend at the Jepson and Telfair Museums
Residents of Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, Beaufort and Jasper are allowed free weekend admission to the Jepson and Telfair Museums every weekend starting April 2nd through August 28th. The museum is open from 10am to 5pm. Please check out the website for any updates.
4. ‘The Lightning Thief’ at Children’s Theater
The Percy Jackson Musical ‘The Lightning Thief’ is playing at the Savannah Children’s Theater April 1st through the 10th. You can purchase tickets online at https://savannahchildrenstheatre.org/. Fans of all ages will enjoy this magical, mystical, adventure musical.
Enjoy Storytime at the SCAD Museum of Art at 11am on the first Saturday of each month (April 2nd). Storytime is intended for children 3 years and up. Please check the website for any updates.
